How much does it cost to verify an email?
1 credit per billable request. On the most popular pack (M, 10,000 credits for USD 45), each email costs USD 0.0045.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits are part of a shared wallet that does not expire. If we ever change this policy, we will notify you 30 days in advance.
What phone options are available?
Carrier lookup (3 credits) includes format validation and returns carrier, portability and line type. Add live:true to query a mobile line’s current HLR status; this adds up to 6 credits when applicable.
How does billing work?
Paddle processes the payment as Merchant of Record and issues the purchase receipt. The total and applicable taxes appear at checkout. Contact Paddle or our support with receipt questions.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. You can request withdrawal without an account or stated reason at /refund#withdrawal; legal rights (e.g. 10 days in Argentina, 14 days in the EU) are always respected in full. Voluntary refunds may deduct Paddle processing fees.
Do you have an official SDK?
Yes, Node and Python published on npm and PyPI respectively. They cover email, IP, phone and email bulk. Combined lead and live line status are available through REST.
How do you handle the personal data I send?
We do not store emails/IPs/phones in plain text after processing: we use SHA-256 or HMAC with our own key. Full details in our privacy policy.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Phone validation returns an estimated WhatsApp presence based on line type and region, not a real query to WhatsApp. For active confirmation you need a BSP provider lookup.
